It takes 7 to 14 days for an order to arrive at a customers location. All the sculptures and tables are carefully crated to ensure safe and secure shipping.
In regards to returning a product you ordered. There must be damage to the product to return it for a 100% refund, less the cost of shipping it. There needs to be a photo of the damage to verify it before shipping it back.
You have 45 days to return the product in it's original crate from the day it was ordered.
You can cancel an order up to 24 hours after the order was made, but no later.
